PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

Offers quality and affordable property management services in Harnett, Wake, Lee, Cumberland, and Johnston counties North Carolina. Mangement services include:

 

• We find qualified tenants, the right one for your property. We schedule showings, screen tenants, and help get the lease signed.

• Our management fee is 10% of your monthly rental income or $75.00 whichever is greater. If your property is vacant, we do not charge the monthly fee.

• We have insured trusted contracts to handle all your propert’s maintenance needs. All our work orders are handled in a timely professional manner. This gives you peace of mind and confidence repairs will be handled correctly. We will send repair quotes over for you to approve.

• We will handle all security deposits, rental payments and any bill associated with your home. Mortgage payments and homeowners insurance are things we do not handle so we ask that all owners pay these in a timely manner in private.

• Our team conducts move in, move out and semi-annual inspections on your home. This insures your home is being cared for and respected properly. We also do drive by inspections and interior inspections as needed if necessary.
